How Love found me

In my Introductory post  you got a small glimpse into what type of person I am. Now for you get a small glimpse into my life, I am going to share one of the most important moments in my life: How love found me.

Contrary to popular belief, I believe that we cannot find love, love will find us. All we need to do is to be open to it. We need to be observant to the cues that our body and, more precisely, our souls give us.

Ok now that that is out the way let the story begin! Once Upon a time...Just kidding this is not a fairytale although at some moments it felt like one.

Who is Mackie Takie?

Mackie Takie is actually a nickname given to me by my Mom ever since I can remember. Many of my family members will sometimes still refer to me as Mackie Takie or just Mackie or just Takie.  As I write this post I am currently 25 years old.

I am starting this blog because....well, I feel like it. I am not too sure what themes it will follow. I will just write about whatever catches my attention or what I just feel like writing about. We will see as it goes.

I am a free-thinking, open-minded person. I don't usually do things the conventional way. I also don't pay attention to societies rules of what you have wear, what you should look like, how you should act, what to do with your life etc. So if you are looking for a fashion blog or anything like that, you wont find it here.

Some say I have an attitude, I say my attitude depends on the person I am interacting with. I have a very low tolerance for BS so that should explain my so called "attitude problem".  Otherwise I am a happy person.

I have a huge love for animals. I have two adorable mix-breed rescue dogs and 3 naughty Rats (Yes you read that right, I have rats....three of them).

I love eating pasta and I have a sweet tooth (which I am trying to curb). I also tend to be on the lazy side too.
